Hello all- I broke my hand again, so doing these has not been easy- hopefully I can make up for it! Today, 8/23/09 we were out on a GP Resorts 1.5 day charter- conditions were beautiful and fishing was spectacular for the Eclipse today! We are fishing on a body of albacore that is moving east/northeast at about 10 miles a day right now. We had our best stop for albacore (45) and skipjack (40), bluefin and yellowfin at 0800 that we drifted on for more than 3 hours- we then rolled into a stop around 1330 hrs for some more albacore to top off on our limits plus 7 bluefin in the 40-60# class!!! All in all we had limits of albacore, 15 big dorado, 12 bft 35-65#, 7 yft to 50# , 60 skipjack and 1 25# yellowtail!!! A great group to fish with and limits of great weather. Come fishing!!! Call Seaforth or book via this website!!! Tight Lines and Sharp Hooks!!! Mark

Hello Fellow Anglers, We returned froma 1.5 day trip on August 4th with a very lucky day. Weather was up, and fish were very spread out. WE found a little cherry patch and strung together a few good stops to give us limits of yellowfin tuna for our 19 passengers. We just added two new trips- due to popular request, we added another 2 day trip- the trip departs 8/25 at 9pm and returns 8/27 about 8pm. Price is $385 includes permits. Also we are doing a Calico bass 1 day coastal departing 8/18 at 9pm and fishing 8/19- Price is $150 includes permits!!!

hi guys- we're finally able to start brining daily reports from aboard the vessel. We returned this morning from a 1.5 day charter with 22 guys- and we experienced more nice weather and great big yellowtail fishing on kelps. Also of note was YELLOWFIN Tuna being caught in good numbers in the 1.5 day range,a nd I expect to start catching that fish in the 1 day range soon. Good signal of bluefin tuna around as well, its only a matter of time before they decide to start biting- make sure you are on the water when they do! Tight Lines and Sharp Hooks- Mark
